| Duties: | The Produce Manager will be responsible for the following(including, but not limited to):
Supervising, training and managing store produce staff
Maintaining open communication with other managers at the regional and store-level
Hiring store-level produce staff
Orders, stocks, rotates and maintains produce in accordance with company standards regarding merchandise presentation, safety, and sanitation. Significant amount of time spent in trimming, washing and preparing product for placement in the.display cases.
Producing smart numbers
Maintaining high quality produce
Providing excellent customer service |
